The hell is up with that DB clown? He used to be a vaguely normal dude. Looking at the ticker tape it is possible he shorted at 0.0006?! If so I hope his life insurance is up to date, because the last time this one ran like this the CEO dropped an 8k to say that the movement was caused by a P&D, no evidence of that here... either some weird technical run or insiders know more than us common folk and positioned themselves for a bigger run... filings are overdue, warrants are about to expire. Im assuming that insiders and or directors sold shares today as well, and if they did they likely have enough cash to afford the filing fees now. I took a bit of profit to break even, but the next level for me $0.005 honest fact.
