companies can disclose much actually as long as it's public. unlike some here claim they can't disclose to individual shareholders or at least that's illegal. nothing wrong with giving a progress report on the issues around the "edit"
and there's certainly no excuse for paso mgt to mess up the filing. that's inexcusable.
