bluefish1, most stocks show the filings above the message boards at investors hub. The SEC.gov site was disappointing. Under filing section under CyttoDyn, Inc. CYDY = no information available.

But CytoDyn website showed all the filings. Thank you for the info.

Looks like, they are in need of funds. Their cash burning rate is very high,
I believe, I saw $70,000,000.

I did not make up my mind, if I should vote yes or no on their proposal?

I only have 2840 shares, so, it will not make any differences yes or no.
