Nice to virtually meet you 66Mustang. A few comments relating to your questions:

- Shared personal is usually a leading indicator for future transaction.

- I'm in it for a BO at the "maximum" or at least a meaningful increase in PPS at a "minimum". My cost basis is $0.89.

- The connundrum for Medtronics is when to offer if at all (their safety net is the licensing deal). MDT could buy entire company now for $100-$200 million but I assume still trying to get comfortable through development deal initiatives. MDT would prefer to pay more but BE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN they got it RIGHT even if means they have to spend $500 million - $1 Billion to conclude a transaction downstream. MDT will make a decision of BO/NO BO before they ever spend their $40 million. My best guess is that if BO is going to happen it will be near/after 2nd milestone is achieved. The 1st should be October/November.

- I'm extremely curious to hear a response at annual meeting to the two most pregnant questions and something the shareholders have the right to know - Namely, who invested the $18 Million (said to be one healthcare related concern) and what are the specific milestones and target timeframes to achieve?

Mustang - that's BS where this new guy is a word of reason, and all others aren't. If I bought within the last year, then I would say the same. I've been averaging down for years, and while I still have faith in Titan, the CEO and company deserve criticism and we the long term stock holders deserve to be concerned. It's at 2 cents, pre-split. Do you know how much I and you for that matter are down.... When McNally invests in his own company, and he stops repricing his, and his team's Options I will be totally optimistic but until then I and many other reasonable folks are concerned.. I'm not talking about the shorts - Screw them too - and I know you do your due diligence, which is helpful, hey if you were the CEO I'd feel better... Anyway, that line was ridiculous to a poster with no credibility yet..
