Read the text on the screen shot you posted. Again those are NOT common shares,they're a series of Preferred shares and are convertibles. Be interesting to see just what they convert at but of course they'll never tell shareholders.
Yeah...I realize those shares equal 100M,that's why the original AS was 10.1B shares. So...they subtracted 100M shares in the AS and made them Preferred shares. They then knocked off 2,000--for some reason?? That makes for 99,998,000 Preferred shares and a reduced AS down to 10B. Those actions took place around 9/4/20.
The OS and AS were guaranteed by the SPOI transfer agent as 10B AS and 8B OS on 9/18/20.
