Shorts are clearing positions to get out of the way... OR BUlls have not liked the news of the 50/50 split and are selling as well.
Based on the fibonacci time frames the Short selling on OTCBB dumped 400K shares in 1 Minutes @ 10:27 AM. And another 400K in the next 2 Minutes. for a total of 800K approximately 50% of the entire 8/31/2020 short interest of 1.685 Million shares posted on OTCBB RLFTF HEre https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/RLFTF/quote (Yes 20 days out of date but it's all I have to go on . Give aGuy a break)
This transpire Approximately only 7 minutes after Javits finished speaking. Seems he made a rather large impression on people.
But in Light of BARDA Announcement and my onw projections of PPS value I can't see people selling unless they want to limit potential loss here. It's happening on Swiss exchange as well.
IF it's the former reasoning, we should know later today after swiss closes and if the uptick resumes.
