I think it's more than optimism honestly. This was severely beaten down for so long. Now that a big catalyst has been unleashed and which is closing soon, I'd say this has started a new uptrend both to recover the technical oversold condition it had reached but also because buying pressure should increase the closer we get to EOY. And who knows what other goodies Ezra has for us while we wait? :)
May I remind folks that this is heading in the GSHD direction. Future valuation potential is insane here IMO.
