I agree. The plan clearly states they “can” sell. It is being inferred as they “will” sell by certain time thresholds, in my opinion this is very misleading. That is an opinion. My opinion is that they will NOT sell until the actual plan as is in the Pacer documents and court approved is implemented. The actual court approved plan includes no reverse split and the intention to uplift to the Nasdaq. That is what is in the Pacer documents and is not opinion. We can all have our own opinion. None of us can have our own facts.
