Carrier began trading independently on April 3, 2020, at about $15. My less than perfect records show it's risen about 105% since then. At 8 cents a Q, Its payout ratio is only 21% so there's plenty of room to increase its dividend next year.

OTIS is up about 24%, while the S&P gained 38% over the same period.
