I can help here too. Same huge special dividend after the settlement for the shareholders which has nothing to do with the status of the company because it is the Jury that will decide the amount that defendants should pay. But, I strongly believe we get a huge settlement because no one likes to be in a RICO case. :-)
The only advantage of SECI is that it is still trading and I got in at single dollars and it toped $50 just earlier this week so far while shareholders are waiting for a huge settlement that would keep the defendants off the coming RICO trial as SECI said!
