I've been a resident at one in South Florida. I tried to get into one in Malibu. 6 month wait list. It is definitely a money making business. The guy that owned the one I was in drove a Lamborghini. For these type of facilities, which cater mostly to fly in patients, there is no aftercare unless you are local to the facility.
