On this companies officers and the final push toward success. They are probably living nice comfortable lives as it is and subconsciously are dreading the work and disruption of lifestyle success would entail. Either that or they are treading water in a rushing river and don't know enough to call for a life line.
One could go on for a bit attempting to figure out why this is such a train wreck....
