Well just like with cbis, if he doesn’t show financials soon, he gambles with losing both ubqu and Glco.
He might not care since ubqu still generates and income, but he needs both for big time convertibles dumping.
Then again, sadly, losing chances to convert shares beats going to jail so he might just let the otc suspend them. Guess we’ll see
