I think this means that MHRA would assist locating participating sites, setting up, and financing the P3 CD12 in the UK.

It would just relieve the financial burden on CytoDyn to fund the above. I don't think any $$ exchanges hands.

When somebody else picks up the tab....it's always a good thing.
