Poteet is in Tucson. As for working, I suppose that depends on what you mean by the term working. Let's say he is drawing income in Tucson - if we can all agree to use that loose definiton of "work".
I highly doubt that MalcBaby will be selling his McMansion in Maryland and relocating his household to Tucson.
I guess it's OK for Malc to serve as CEO-by-telecommute-and-fly-by butt not for Griffin (who knew about this move that was planned for YEARS when he decided to become CEO last January).
Let's hope Malc does not depend on Moonie for fly-in commuting, or he will wind up missing TUS and instead find himself on Runway 31 at the airport in Fort Simpson, NWT (Canada). And there are no good sailing opportunities there.
I think Griffin got what he deserved and was kicked to the curb. Whether they can raise enough money on better terms is still a very open question. Clearly the 2007 budget Griffin proposed was far too big and would have required far too much dilution for existing PPers to agree to. So now CDEX will go into survival mode budgeting to minimize the amount of money they need to raise and hope something pops for them with the passage of time.
When Griffin mentioned that some raised funds might go for acquisitions, I think existing PPers were not willing to play that game.
