We have til Sep 29 23:59 to decide (and re-adjust if needed).
FYI - I've defaulted my answers to No.
If something changes, like a catalyst, then that may sway my vote.
Then again, the shares of my collective group I'm sure don't pale to some of you guys that got in for a Susan B and less.

Immu CEO knows how to sell. With that compensation!! Now he, and of The kind, Will Be awailable For other opportunities? You think a Guy like that Will Be taken to join cydy For nickels. I think The massive opportunities we have on LL needs heavy Weight leaders and remarkable compensation. You can not hire them with "hopefully we could negotiate You a few shares" ?

poor comparison imo. in fact, no comparison is necessary.

the bottom line is he has been well paid to date, extremely well paid. there are 20 +/- employees in total. he has openly stated on at least 2 occasions that the stock is worth triple digits. let's take him for his word. lol. has this mgmt team earned 2.5 BILLION DOLLARS in compensation?

let's summarize:
- NP flat out mislead concerning the EUA at best and at worst, blatantly lied.
- He has zero experience getting a drug approved
- He is an awful communicator
- He CONSISTENTLY misses the timelines/guidance he provides shareholders. Then acts surprised and hurt when shareholders hold him to it. This is not the behavior of an established, well groomed LEADER.
- He seems to think the company is his. He doesn't get to decide if the company is sold or at what price. That's for shareholders to decide.
- He has actually bragged about attaining financing....from predatory lenders. ...and then sold at lesser terms.
- He completely bungled building supply with Samsung.
- And last, they actually think their horse/pony conference calls are beneficial which shows they are both wayyy out of touch with shareholders.

When the above changes, i'll be open to a revision to a modification in the Equity Incentive plan. Not a moment before. Neither of these guys are fit to serve on behalf of leronlimab. Their utility has passed. Working hard is no longer the metric.

They are quickly losing my trust...and I don't allow people to earn it back. Especially bb companies.
