After almost 5 years since stepping in to the company to attempt to rescue it from bankruptcy and NASDAQ delisting, we announced that we are now listed again on NASDAQ, and began trading today. This should make transactions simpler and less prone to whipsaw price changes in either direction with small trades. Even more importantly, we raised some more money and will be directing it towards both making more product and also preparing distribution and commercial efforts to make lenzilumab available to patients, subject to regulatory authorization, as soon as possible. As some of you may have seen, we were approached by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and specifically the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (DMID) to partner with them in a 200 patient study they are sponsoring and funding with lenzilumab. We are the only small company they have done this with so far. We continue to enroll in our 300 patient Phase 3. We are putting the building blocks in place to make a dent in the pandemic. Let's get after it.
