Fernhill Beverage Inc. entered into an agreement to export The Company's signature brand, RK Super to select areas of Europe. The product will be distributed and marketed in the lucrative American Military Commissary System. The initial schedule for shipment was slated for mid-February 2020. Due to a global health crisis, along with economic concerns, that shipment was put on hold indefinitely. Italy and other countries began lifting restrictions for imports slowly. In the beginning of June, Fernhill received the announcement that the initial shipment of RK Super will be allowed to proceed.

Over the last six months, Fernhill Beverage has been approached by **several national discounters, as well as national grocery chains**, inquiring about the Roadkill and Roadkill XL brands.
FHBC is currently participating in negotiations with retailers and expects to have the first of many contracts complete

Fernhill Beverage was also informed that Mexican production and distribution is expected to be back online by September 15, 2020. Production and distribution had been halted due to pandemic concerns. Management will be in Baja Mexico Friday September 4th, 2020 to negotiate sales incentives and production levels for the remainder of 2020. Fernhill Beverage is expecting to be able to utilize The Company's Mexican distribution partner to introduce SuperBuzz Energy into the Mexican Market.

Negotiations for Fernhill Beverage to purchase an existing label manufacturing company have successful concluded. All terms have been agreed upon between the management of Fernhill Beverage and management of the label manufacturer. A final contract is expected to be signed by September 15, 2020. Once the contract has been consummated, Fernhill Beverage will release applicable details. This is just one step for the Company's plan to grow vertically.
