Well, I have yet to get a vote in any of the companies I have held. I don't know if that means they are all from Nevada, or that's just a common law. I have heard that it's all just semantics usually anyway since the votes come from the board, and the board is usually managements friends and family.
I guess on the Nevada issue, I'm just glad the SOS will give the A/S for free. They could make life hard on us if they wanted to. I guess this is another reason I tend to favor stocks with transparent Ta's.
