The only logical thing i can think why there is no pr is maybe he's waiting till we are uplisted. Then after we are all set up we put out prs ans both Extanges will get them creating a buying frenzy with shares that are mainly locked up. I can gaurentee u otc qb investors have 85-90% of the shares. Its a good thought i hope im right. There is Alot going on in this tickers that many dont know.
