Thanks, recinvestor, saw your post but hadn't seen the bid you were referring to...300k...that's sizable...SHRG cleaning up, got rid of the non-trading "garbage stock"...I like a clean share-structure...the 15m commons are restricted as the owner is a greater than 10% of the OS...float unchanged...small, small, float...
