the reason we are going aggressive is possible regulation changes if that happens this might be the last time we can acquire the way we are attempting so we plan to do acquire 5 total if not more

Time does seem to be of the essence for Acquifin. And if they need 5 acquisitions, I am not sure that taking the time to find and file for another one will be suitable for them either. Who knows... the post on May 19 does state that MD is an easier and smoother state than Nevada.
