The Gooberment's known all along it won't win in SCOTUS which is precisely why the President's reform memo was marked urgent. Since they've miserably failed to reform and release the GSEs from C-ship this close to SCOTUS hearing there's nothing for plaintiffs to gain by caving in like Calabria and settling with a Gooberment on da ropes waving a white towell. Go for the Brass Ring taking it all the way I say or they do it again someday! $FNMA~ $FMCC~ :-)
