I expect you're right. We never get details of that part, but Lazar typically sells the shell in one transaction and separately sells his common shares in another private transaction to which we are not privy to the price. I wonder about the 1.3 billion Feazell shares since they've held them so long. From what I can gather only about 235M of them are unrestricted, leaving them with over a billion restricted shares.
