Worth noting when you read the whole Rafael quote (from 9/4 btw) that he says "possibly" because IF COVID ended up preventing the Singaporean company from carrying out certain activities, it would delay the trip.

I just checked the COVID cases in both Mexico and Singapore; they are continuing to decrease. Keep on that pattern and we should be in the clear!
