BLNK is for consumer charging point in competition with Tesla and others
WKHS is selling commercial delivery vehicles which will all be "tethered" to a home base, this is why they are partnering with Duke Energy to install at least the electric feeds necessary at the home bases to recharge multiple (tens or hundreds?) of WKHS NGEN vehicles overnight. not sure if Duke will be installing their own charging points or using say BLNK's but the power requirement/trunk is the critical thing.
