The something behind the scenes may not be good for ewll. IMO The 8K stating the possibility of restructuring to a reseller and IP and platform going to BI doesn't sit well for me. It defies logic. Unless the IP/platform belong to Darwin and Doug is looking for breadcrumbs if BI becomes successful.
