Zoombang was supposed to supply $BRLL with year end financial etc before the LOI went to next step. I dont think Zoombang fulfilled their end of the agreement. But the company is busy at work. They hired their geologist for their plant in Nevada. Which Nevada is booming in lithium industry right now.
