BFCH THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY UP AND RUNNING BEFORE AND BY 10/1/2019

I think the power company is upgrading the entire line into that area. The total KVA is huge and not just one but four buildings when all are built out. It was an old industrial area that was under wired, imo. That is all changing and with the pandemic there may have been delays.
