There are some differences. Retail shareholders are CSC target investors, and larger investors would be Maxims. Very different clientele. Both have the same goals, but larger investment bankers deal with higher amounts of money. The greater the amount, the more risk. So you should reasonably expect them to check a company out more thoroughly.
I am personally thinking Maxim won't hold onto any shares for too long, but to each their own opinion. They will develop the story with whatever news they have, then sell into it. That is the same as CSC's modus operandi.
