Boris can’t do the filings no one will sign off as if they did it would create a big issue. As Axxa was in an agreement w a shareholder and owed that shareholder 250 mill shares which they than entered into a second agreement to cancel out the first agreement. And company owes this entity 18 mill shares and refuses to issue the shares. I think lawsuits maybe coming very soon here!
