I hate rumors, BUT, if there is any truth to the rumors, this beast is about to make some big noise. Here is what we have at this point:
According to the Idaho SOS, within the last two months, it was reinstated as an active organization. It acquired a new agent for process service, Tom Smith listed as top dog, and it has a new office, which is on the main drag in Fayetteville, AR, although this same building was the drive through pickup for AQ chicken. Still, it is in the high rent district.
As a side note, the main AQ chicken building, next door, appears to be becoming a bank. Hmmmmm ... A nice huge Victorian place with lots of gingerbread.
