At the very least it usually takes a month for the FDA to respond back. Have known the FDA to drag out a response for a whole quarter. I was involved in a stock that submitted an IND and they had a plethora of very good useful data. that concerned at growing social problem at the time..... the FDA dragged their asses. Good luck with "any day now".
