Who knows what is going on with the audit. Shouldn't take this long even for a 2 year audit. Has to be a reason, since there is a reason for everything. One could only guess.

Possibly it is just taking this long and there is no problem, just slow. However could be SPSO cannot supply backup or is taking very long to supply the info. Also possible the audit firm broke off the audit due to lack of info being supplied and SPSO is looking for another audit firm. Another possibility is that the auditors will only issue a qualified opinion, which SPSO doesn't want.

Since it's been so long, the CEO should IMO give some kind of update. Taking this long sends a bad signal.

CEO stated on 5/15/2020:

Spectacular Solar CEO Provides Corporate Update Newsfile Corp.Rahway, New Jersey--(Newsfile Corp. - May 15, 2020) - Spectacular Solar, Inc. (OTC PINK: SPSO), CEO Doug Heck has provided the following update to keep shareholders and investors informed on how the company has navigated through these difficult past few months due to COVID-19.

"I promised transparency when we published our very first Spectacular Solar news release "

So where is the transparency?

Gotta love a CEO who thinks its ok to be radio silent for four months.

I’m sure the increase in shares are for this new round of board members who are required to attend a meeting or two before they “resign”.

Pretty sweet compensation if you ask me.
