OTC simply publishes LAST known numbers from last posted financials and only number that electronically gets calculated is the market cap based on last posted financials outstanding number...

so UNTIL company is current and TA authorized to send OTC real time numbers then the security details of company are basically unknown and in MSMY are based from September 30,2019 !
