the market is so cold now, given the holidays, volume is super low. timing of the PR/financing deal is a bit awkward. i think most traders are on the sidelines waiting for some confirmation. if the news is good, we go up. i really think it's that simple.
personally, i'm hoping news comes in january when more money is available to chase after us. lol
