The last sentence is fake news. Not approved they just filed and they do not expect to be approved until all these new shares are sold they are still trading on the OTCQB. Sorry for your huge diliution but they just filed and will not be uplifting until those 9.2 million shares are sold likely at a monuntal discount to the current stock price just like the last dilution. Get this shares go from 21.1 million issued to 30.3 millions issued afterward. So each share will only be worth 67.4% of current price that's after it takes a big hit down to the offering price which will likely be much less than today's price.
Kalibios even with its new name Humanigen is still in the heavy dilution game.
Sorry for all the biotech newbies that bought in without knowing Cameron Durrant's prior misadventures in biotechs.
HGEN drug does not compare favorably with Leronlimab and neither does its management. This maybe Naders first CEO job but not Durrant's. Currant has run a few into the ground already with his dilution happy style.
