I tried calling Lowy today and he did not pick up. I have had some luck in the past with him. He is a nice guy he sometimes gives me a tidbit of info that at least keeps me confident here. Big things takes time to put together so as of the last filings we had at least some changes showing progress. As of now I am just sitting tight hoping by the end of the year we are a go
