Where is the capital to manufacture and bring it to bring it to market?

I guess you think OWCP will just manufacture the topical psoriasis cream as as small stated - undifferentiated from hundreds of other creams.

It can't be sold direct to customers online.

The drug patent is worthless because it hasn't been approved by the FDA and DEA.

Can It Industries is being used to pump OWCP and it isn't working - the company doesn't have a business footprint.
