someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but the expectation I think is either for the subsequent events in this 10Q to show something (it doesn't though - I just looked), or somewhere else in the 10Q to reveal something (it doesn't appear to at first glance), OR when they are considered to be current with their filings they will have to then report any material change within 4 days on an 8k filing.
