yes new entity gets 90% of O/S stock right from get go, what ever that ends up being after r/s VRTY have been lurking here but now just will wait til all is finalized b4 jumping unles some sub-pennies appear

Yeah. It’s pretty much what we feared/worse case scenario.

We know the float is tiny. Say around 10 million shares. If they do a 200-1 RS like it’s listed in the lasted Q. Existing shareholders would be wiped out.

What a shame. Could have been a major major move....
