I never said it was triggered immediately and all I said was that if Oct was dud then they could do a reverse split especially if the pps can't get above the $1 threshold for 10 consecutive days by the deadline. Will they get an extension, no idea, no one does.
You completely dismiss the possibility of a r/s which sends up a red flag for me. I can disagree with you, and I know you don't care, all day long but you and I want the same thing, a BO that brings the most value for shareholders. Do I believe TMDI is trying to get us the most value, hell no. We wait.
This whole conversation forced on us by TMDI around a r/s vote is complete nonsense. We should NEVER have gotten to this point. I don't care if you disagree with me on this point. I have listened to your multiple arguments on this but IMO, MDT and TMDI have been suppressing the pps and that is some serious BS.
If it all works out Rolls I'll buy you the first drink in Vegas and say thanks for sharing your thoughts, you got a bunch of things wrong but in the end TMDI delivered the MOST VALUE to us shareholders. No r/s, no further dilution. I hope I get to buy you that drink but I haven't bought my plane ticket yet.
