Board meeting falsified...
well, if true, that sounds bad, very bad.
But, it seems odd. Why not just get them granted at the next board meeting, or whatever? It is a bit tough to swallow that someone at that level is going to make a $7.5M deal and not be sure the the 'i's are dotted and the 't's crossed.
But, sometimes, seemingly intelligent people in power do incredibly stupid things. I hope that's not the case, or our resident troll will be back to remind us, just in case we didn't notice the stock tanking.
