The question is who? No increased chatter anywhere about the stock, this is not a typical OTC trade stock as volume is low so it is not being flipped, buyers have been willing to buy at higher and higher prices without even sitting back and waiting.
I believe there are some outside non OTC traders buying it up, people with knowledge of the company, friends and family perhaps, people that are affiliated with the company or so forth, but the trading action is not normal for the OTC
