Here's what I think is going on......Lincoln Parke owns all the preferred shares which control GCHK.

I still believe Brandon will take ownership but will do a transfer of the preferred now that Lincoln Parke is back in the picture at least for now.

If Brandon got custodianship it could still have been messy with previous management holding all the preferred.

We'll see how it shakes out. Riding free shares here now after this morning's spike to .0045.
