Well, you're making a BIG assumption! You assume DECN uses the same calendar as the rest of the world! The DECN yearly calendar ends in August. So, that financing did carry them through 2020! #pinksheetexcusesnevermakesense

Research and Development i can imagine and apparently some investors want a nice return or have confidence in Decn to hand over substantial sum of money.
