They had every right reason to pull the picture off the website, SEC attorney advised them to, otherwise a major liability issue, even if the TESLA deal is inked that picture should have never been exposed, until an full disclosure and filings were submitted, you can't expose a picture of TESLA on your website to selected investors that chose to connect the dots from the website. I have a feeling this ticker is going to close decent after the stunt they pulled off.
