Those are some great videos, and they go all over Europe. Living over there, Portugal could be your 'home base' and you'll be able to see everything in Europe in depth. Sounds great. I've been there (Europe) 9 times, but still only scratched the surface. One big advantage of Portugal vrs New Zealand is that there's a lot more to see in the neighborhood :o)
Btw, in the 'Goats on the Road' Portugal video I think they used a camera drone for some of those aerial shots. Impressive results, and using a drone allows amazing shots on a small budget.
