There’s NOTHING to “ponder” about hence the IND package information.

So now the FDA doesn't even have to look at the IND? This is getting better by the moment.

A targeted placement with a higher concentration....patients will experience a very high anti-tumor kill and a very low systemic toxicity.

Where is the published data in humans which leads to this conclusion? What percent is converted locally? Links please. Hint: Not to be found in Kenny PR pumps.
