So the only reason they would do another R/S is to stay on NASDAQ? I'm assuming the "only if it becomes necessary" comment is what management said in the response to you? I wonder if that comment means they are going to try to do other things to keep in compliance with NASDAQ listing and if they don't work the R/S is available? Is that what you got out of the email?

I wrote. I received a courteous reply indicating why they believe they need to have the ability to do a reverse split (only if it becomes necessary) and why they fully support Mr. Vance's nomination.

I would still prefer to see/hear a plan as to how they can maintain NASDAQ compliance without a reverse split.

Respectfully, taking time to communicate with someone who doesn’t care about your money is useless.

Management responding “only if necessary” and then doing the next day after AGM is spitting in your face....just like
when they said during an AGM when the PPS rose to .50 pre-split and management touted the ability to now demo the “completed robot” to surgeons and other investors and limit dilution.... only to do a raise the next day taking PPS down to .37 followed by a second raise taking it down to .22....
Just like they did when they said they were on track for FDA in October a year and a half ago only to do a raise the next day and mysteriously have to delay the robot for a year in February.... just like when they were on track for fda (again) by end of last year in the summer only to be dead in the water in Oct AND still did a raise below .25 ... so here we are, no news, PPS dropping, RS imminent, raise most likely as they know the news they give at AGM will not support PPS and will need to do it directly after reverse split.

I wouldn’t waste my free cell minutes to talk to this mgt team.

MAN you suck the worst here. If you had shares everyone knows you'd vote for an R S. You can spin it better than Mcnally and the rock.
The ridiculousness gets heavier from you as the share price drops.. its almost a direct correlation
